Introduction
The Werenode Mobile App allows users to seamlessly locate, access, and manage electric vehicle (EV) charging stations within the Werenode network. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing, using, and troubleshooting the app.
1. Installation
Download and Install
- The app is available on:
- Google Play Store (Android)
- Apple App Store (iOS)
- Search for Werenode and tap Install.
- Open the app and grant necessary permissions (e.g., location access).
Account Creation & Login
- Open the app and Sign Up using an email or social media login.
- Verify your email and set up a password.
- If you already have an account, click Login and enter your credentials.
2. Using the App
Locating Charging Stations
- Open the Map View to see available charging stations.
- Use filters to refine results by:
- Charging power (kW)
- Availability
- Payment methods
- Tap on a station marker to view details (address, connector type, pricing).
Starting a Charging Session
- Select a station from the map.
- Tap Start Charging.
- Scan the QR code on the charger or enter its ID manually.
- Confirm the session and begin charging.
Stopping a Charging Session
- Open the Active Session tab.
- Tap Stop Charging.
- Unplug your vehicle and check the transaction details.
Payment & Billing
- Payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Cryptocurrency (if supported by the station, also depending on country)
- Check transaction history under Payments.
- Download invoices for completed sessions.
3. Advanced Features

Adding a Charging Station
If you own a charger, you can register it:
- Navigate to My Stations.
- Tap Add a New Station.
- Enter charger details (location, power, pricing).

- Share your referral code and receive credits for each signup.
